Campaign Manager - Programmatic Advertising
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager - Programmatic Advertising to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs) while leveraging advanced tools for analytics and reporting. Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Oversee and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, participating in calls, emails, and meetings.
- Stay updated on DSP-specific trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver optimal results.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative placements.
- Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders using tools like GA4 or Looker/Google Data Studio.
Budget Management & Pacing
- Monitor daily campaign spending to ensure budgets are accurately paced and aligned with client goals.
- Proactively make adjustments to campaign strategies to optimize performance and spending.
Creative and Order Management
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure assets meet platform specifications and are optimized for performance.
- Implement creative changes and order adjustments efficiently in response to client requests.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with Operations and Client Services teams to ensure campaign success.
- Stay abreast of programmatic advertising trends and innovations to maintain expertise in the field.
- Assist the sales team with client and prospective client strategy planning.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Looker/Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and the ability to implement tracking strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $78,000 annually, depending on experience.

- This is a remote position available within the USA.
